 He has set up a private clinic ( Dr. Chugh's Dental Clinic & Orthodontic Centre ) at Lehal Colony Patiala.

He has passed his BDS from Govt. Dental College & Hospital , Patiala in 1998.

Being A dynamic and brilliant Personality Has Topped All India PG Dental Entrance Exam in 1999 and for his higher qualification in Orthodontics he joined KGMC Lucknow.  Here he completed his MDS (Orthodontics) in 2002. He Joined Deptt. Of Orthodontia at Govt. Dental College Patiala.

Presently Working as an Assistant Professor  at Lakshmi Bai Dental College Patiala.
